Topper – Caminos (Pathways)

Last week Topper introduced the first of the short films made for the brand by the agency Kepel & Mata. Last night was launched «Caminos« (Pathways – The ways of the heart), the second short film of a series of three. The sportwear brand Topper presented last night the short «Carrera» (Race – A heart at 10.000 revolutions) done by the argentinean agency Kepel & Mata. Continuing with adidas, a few days ago I watched on tv a commercial for his collection adidas originals safety wear filmed in Japan  (the adidas safety wear originally borns in this country). I was surprised because of the  soundtrack: the song «Perro amor explota» belongs to Bersuit Vergarabat, an  argentinean band better known as «La Bersuit».

To the large number of collaborations between the brand of the three stripes (my favorite) and Lucas Film’s franchising, this year they add the hyper announced  adidas originals Star Wars collection. For this reason, the german company launched a commercial with celebrities as David Beckham, Snoop Dog and Daft Punk, among others.

This is the commercial that Sancor launched on the air for his campaign for the product Bebé 3 (Baby 3). The child’s universe composed of costumes, doodles, 3d objects and much more, combined in this piece through motion graphics and film with a catchy musical composition, makes this an extremely fun commercial.

The agency Madre create a hilarious commercial for Exquisita cakes in wich a lot of children dressed as puppets and mascots enjoy a delicious cake for a Saturday afternoon dancing to the rythm Do the Whirlwind of the band Architecture in Helsinki.

The Sneaux shoes company launched an extremely original commercial directed by PES (Adam Pesapane) which was done entirely with a stop motion technique called pixilation in wich we can see a skater using another person as a table. PES saids that «this spot is a great example of the breadth of stop-motion. If something exists in the real world, it can be animated».

Sony Bravia Paint

You probably remember the Sony Bravia commercial from last year. This year, the agency Fallon surprises us again with this amazing production featuring argentinean Juan Cabral as creative director. This time Glasgow (Scotland) was the city invaded by the color. It was used 70.000 liters ecologic paint, 622 barrels of explosives, 1.700 detonators, 455 mortars, 330 meters of steel pipes and 57 miles of copper wire.

Sony Bravia Balls

The agency Fallon London created this beautiful commercial for the Bravia televisions line. One of the heads behind this idea is the art director of the agency, the argentinean Juan Cabral. The music is a cover done by José González from Sweden. There were 250.000 bouncy balls rolling downhill in San Franscico.
